Keith Merron is the founder and Managing Partner of Leadership Pathways, an organizational consulting and leadership development firm dedicated to helping organizations with bold visions achieve sustainable high performance and industry leadership. As an organizational effectiveness consultant, he has more than 38 years of experience assisting executives and managers in business, government, and education. In partnership with his clients, he has successfully conducted over twenty-five large-system strategic, cultural, and technical change efforts resulting in a measurable increase in organizational productivity, employee performance, and employee satisfaction. His work has positively impacted Roblox, TeamSnap, Swift Navigation, Fyber, GreatHearts America, Hewlett-Packard, Energy Connect, Freddie Mac, AmeriGroup Corporation, MedCath, Wang Laboratories, General Public Utilities, WorldCorp, California State Automobile Association, Endocare, The Healthcare Financial Management Association as well as over 400 other companies and organizations.
In the context of his consulting work, and also independent of it, he is a leadership coach, focusing most of his attention on CEOs and C-Suite executives in the past 20 years, especially those that want to deepen their ability to create extraordinary organizations. Hundreds of executives have deeply benefited from his deep and well-honed process of transformation.
He is known in the coaching industry as a pioneer, especially in the arena of transformational coaching. He has written a seminal book on the subject, as well as created and led a highly popular workshop for coaches on the art of transformational coaching. His process for transformational coaching and the way he deftly applies it, is considered by many experienced coaches as the standard in the coaching industry.

BACKGROUND & EDUCATION
Keith Merron received his Doctorate from Harvard University in 1985, where his studies spanned the fields of human and organization development. He has conducted research on the relationships between human development, managerial effectiveness and high performance, and has published numerous professional journal articles. He is the author of seven books on human and organizational change. They include: The Art of Transformational Coaching, Riding the Wave: Designing Your Organization for Enduring Success, Consulting Mastery, The Golden Flame: The Heart and Soul of Remarkable Leadership, Inner Freedom, Gender Intelligence, co-authored with Barbara Annis, and Radical Self-Responsibility, co-authored with Danielle Conroy.
Keith teaches leadership at Hult International Business School and is in high demand as a speaker on the subject of leadership and building extraordinary organizational cultures. Keith has two children, lives in San Rafael, California, and enjoys golf, tennis, bicycling, and pottery in his spare time.
