BIOS OF THE TEAM

We are experienced coaches who support leaders in reaching their greatest capacity by helping them to understand and transform their way of being, choices, and actions.

We guide executives and teams toward healthy, conscious, and effective leadership through the Art of Transformational Coaching, a process on the cutting edge of the leadership coaching industry.

Our approach begins with the client’s strategic goals and is built on our understanding of the steps necessary to transform the deeply rooted patterns that prevent progress. Our work is informed by profound inquiry, compassionate attunement, and rigorous practice.

We partner with each client to select the coaching team from our expert resources that is best aligned to achieve the desired transformation.

Rashmir Balasubramaniam

I unleash joy and aliveness in pioneers and transformational leaders. I connect them to their essence, purpose, and authentic power so they can express their genius and create positive change in the world.

Over the last 30 years, my work has spanned the globe, ranging from finance and investment banking to health and international development. I love working on worldwide systemic challenges and bringing people together across teams, departments, sectors, and disciplines.

I love to ask provocative questions and name the elephants in the room. It pains me to see talent and potential wasted—in the boardroom, at the desk, and in the field. Creativity and game-changing capability are everywhere waiting to be unleashed. I help exceptional leaders to do just that.

I used to play squash competitively because I reveled in the dance-like flow state of playing at my highest level. Now the sea calls me to attune to its rhythms as I learn to surf.

Colleen Cannon Boyd

I am a fierce ally to leaders.  I deeply understand the challenges of the role and am unwaveringly committed to helping my clients manifest their visions.

For 28 years, I have coached leaders from large and small organizations in multiple industries, the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, academia, and healthcare.  My pragmatic, results-driven approach was honed during my prior high-tech career in engineering, product management, sales, and leadership.

Outer change begins with inner change. Based on the stacks of books around my home, I know firsthand that data alone won’t get you there. I partner with leaders at the point where they recognize that information and will power are not enough. I guide them to more deeply understand themselves and their situation, design a path forward, and build new ways of being in the world.

When I’m not enthusiastically partnering with my clients, I can be found hiking, growing insane amounts of vegetables, and playfully creating through Improv.

I am a fast fixer of vexing problems and an anxiety absorber. You want me in your foxhole.

Great leaders continuously improve themselves. I bring precision, focus, and results to that journey. My leadership philosophy centers on clarity of goal, clarity of role, and extreme autonomy of execution, supported by transparency and accountability. By modeling and sharing this philosophy throughout my career, I have guided 1000s of people to become highly impactful leaders.

I have spent 25 years creating, leading, and optimizing B2B technology growth and executive teams. I’m a sought-after coach by CEOs, CROs, CMOs and other revenue-focused leaders. In turn, my clients become transformational leaders who reliably create effective, accountable, and resilient teams.

I’m a Harvard Business School Baker Scholar and Honors Michigan graduate. I am a crazy fan of my three grown children and you can catch my 80s rock band regularly in the San Francisco Bay Area.

My passion for transformation is rooted in a combined 25 years of experience as a coach, educator, and director of a high-performing national corporate team. My love affair with coaching is fueled by its impacts in my own life, helping me to be clearer, calmer, and more attuned to my internal operating system.

I believe that effective team members are engaged, trust their leaders, trust themselves, and feel supported in stretching.  A leader’s most important job is to create conditions for others to be brilliant.

A die-hard English major, I feel keenly the question posed by the poet Mary Oliver: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”  Our chosen career is an opportunity to craft a meaningful destiny by upping the quality of our self-knowledge, generosity, and courage.

In my off-hours, I am the long-suffering coach of an energetic and distracted 50-pound mutt named Jasper, who is utterly unimpressed with my credentials and experience (unless treats are involved).

DR. KEITH MERRON

A pioneer in the art of transformational coaching, I work with C-Suite leaders and their teams to create extraordinary organizations. I bring a deft and compassionate touch and a heartfelt desire to serve. Clients tell me that my warmth and presence enable them to face themselves and their situations with grace and effectiveness.

I am driven by a deep desire to make a difference. The more conscious and effective leaders become, the more we as a collective and our planet will be healed.

I have four decades of experience partnering with executives and managers from 400+ organizations—in business, government, and education—to produce deep and sustainable transformation.  I earned my doctorate from Harvard and have published several books about leadership and organizational life, each of which stretches the boundaries of how we understand what is possible.

An avid reader and relentless self-examiner, I follow Gandhi’s famous dictum: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Outside of coaching, my greatest achievement is my children. And I’m proud to say that I once played tennis against the doubles partner of Grand Slam champion Arthur Ashe.

I believe that communication has the power to create and alter what’s possible. Powerful conversations resolve differences and inspire leadership, collaboration, and connection. I work with leaders to be their best, experience their greatness, and make a difference.

For 25 years, I've explored the intersection of leadership, technology, personal transformation, employee engagement, corporate culture, and business results. This experience—coupled with my blend of courageous inquiry, rigor, and loving presence—produces powerful and enduring impacts for the people and organizations I work with.

As a transformational coach, I help leaders understand and strengthen their impact, commitments, and contributions. As a business consultant, I work with Fortune 500 companies to create initiatives that inspire leaders, align teams, and engage employees.

I’m a coffee enthusiast (some say addict) and proud New York transplant living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who inspire, challenge, and support me—especially the three great loves of my life: my husband (who devotedly brings me coffee) and my two children.

CLAIRE SALVETTI

I’m an award-winning creative industry CEO turned Leadership Coach. I guide talented executives to become unforgettable.

Great leaders matter more now than ever.  In this unpredictable and demanding world, being a leader whom people trust and admire is a commercial imperative.

I am at my best when asking questions that unlock transformative insights for people who feel stuck. Ideally, I do this with leaders and teams who embrace the hard things and value inclusion and laughter.

I offer an ethical, evidence-based, and systemic coaching model for leaders. It leverages an individual’s unique qualities and gives them the power to harness long-term loyalty from their people. The result is far-reaching influence and all the organisational benefits that follow.

When I am not coaching, you’ll find me leading an examined life, advocating for a more inclusive world, learning Danish so slowly it is making my teacher question his vocation, and trying to convince my daughter to eat more veggies.

Diana Saranoff

During my 20 years in change management, I’ve discovered that organizations can be as messy as my 4 x 4 truck. I take a holistic view of mastering transformation—at the enterprise, group, and individual levels—by emphasizing what is most important to jump-start the desired state.

I’ve worked for the Big Five, led three Fortune 100 global transformations, developed change management methodology, co-created a change practice for a major consulting firm, and managed multiple complex programs to drive measurable results.

As Greta Thunberg says, “We need both individual and systemic change.” In my coaching, I help influential leaders to explore their edges to accentuate their authentic voice.

I am grounded in nature at my Yosemite ranch, enjoying the quiet and long walks with my dog. I remember being startled the first time I heard the flap of a raven’s wing. I appreciate stillness as a path for self-discovery and for experiencing change at the very cellular level of my being.

As a transformational coach, I guide leaders to their higher purpose and help them to create agile, highly collaborative, and engaged organizations. I believe you’re never too old to do work that matters and never too young to dream big.

Real transformation of any organization starts within each leader. Through deep compassion and lightness in delivery, we will discover what makes you come alive and what deeper dreams you have for yourself, your team, and your organization. Together, we’ll figure out how to unlock your unique expression.

Prior to coaching, I spent 20+ years developing purposeful and values-based cultures and leadership teams in the US, Europe, and Asia as HR lead of a digital strategy start-up that grew to 20,000 people globally.

I love my life and my international network of friends and family, which has allowed me to expand my understanding of different cultures and become a true citizen of the world.
